Uh, what the HELL is a shrub?!
"Shrub" is derived from the Arabic word "sharbah" meaning "drink." This syrup has an amazing shelf life making it easy to use at home. The vinegar controls the acidity flavor of your fruit of choice and is a great substitute to make refreshing club soda mocktails or to use within your cocktails.
