Gin and Juice Cocktail Recipe Inspired by Snoop Dogg's Super Bowl Halftime Show

Gin and Juice Cocktail Recipe Inspired by Snoop Dogg's Super Bowl Halftime Show
“Sippin' on gin and juice, laid back
With my mind on my money
And my money on my mind”
-Snoop Dogg “Gin n Juice”

This year, the idea of sippin’ on light beer while watching (arguably) what will be the most iconic Halftime Show lineup just seems like a disgrace. I mean, come on, we have the "rap god(s)" of the 90s and Y2K all on one stage. Eminem, Mary J Blige, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, AND Snoop Dogg all on one stage? Sure, the classic mini hot dogs and pizza bagels with a cold beer is what comes to mind with every Super Bowl party, but how can we just sit here while Snoop Dogg serenades us. Okay, we may be going a little *too* far, but we’ve got just the fix: Super Bowl Gin and Juice cocktail recipe.

Our resident Jack-of-All-Trades, Rich Benedict, sat listening to Snoop’s song over and over for inspiration for making the perfect punch recipe to honor the classic song (he may or may not know the entire song by heart now). The finished product: juicy paradise.

“G Thang” is a gin-forward cocktail recipe that banks on the herbal ingredients in your classic gin to compliment the fruity and citrus flavors of the juices. For an extra pop of boozy bubbles we recommend an addition of sparkling wine. Each sip has got us doing the Snoop dance.
